- **In-Person Returns**: All returns must be made in person. This applies even if the original purchase was made through our local delivery service.
- **Verification**: Upon returning the product, our staff will verify the issue based on the conditions mentioned above. Please ensure you bring proof of purchase and a valid ID.

#### Exchange Policy
- **Product Exchange**: If your return is approved, we will exchange the returned product for another product of similar value.
- **No Cash Refunds**: We do not provide cash refunds. Exchanges are the only form of compensation provided.

#### Additional Information
- **Timeframe**: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- **Original Packaging**: Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
